There is a new overnight warming center in Lincoln County. The warming center will be at the Lincoln County Health Department, 5 Health Department Drive, Troy, MO. If it is predicted to be 20 degrees or below overnight, anyone needing shelter can call the Emergency Weather Response Hotline at 636-395-0492 for information on available shelters.
