Laboratory (lab) services

we provide lab draws (blood work) Monday through Thursday, by appointment only.

We have 2 options for lab services:

  • Certain health screenings labs without a doctor’s order

  • All other labs need an order from your doctor or healthcare provider

Certain health screening labs can be done without a doctor’s order

We can provide certain health screening labs without a doctor’s order. Labs are self-pay only. We don’t bill health insurance for lab services. Health screening labs include:

  • CBC (complete blood count)

  • CMP (comprehensive metabolic panel)

  • Lipid panel- fasting (cholesterol test)

  • A1C- Hemoglobin A1C (checks blood sugar over time)

  • LFT (liver function test)

  • PSA (prostate-specific antigen)

  • Urinalysis (urine sample)

How much does it cost?

For $66, the following labs are included:

  • CBC (complete blood count)

  • CMP (comprehensive metabolic panel)

  • Lipid Panel (cholesterol test)

  • A1C- Hemoglobin A1C (checks blood sugar over time)

Additional health screening lab costs:

  • LFT (liver function test) $13

  • PSA (prostate-specific antigen) $14

  • Urinalysis (pee sample) $16

Payment is required at the time of service.

Lab services with a doctor’s order

For all other labs, you will need a doctor’s order. Contact your primary care provider and have the order faxed to our office at 636-528-8629.

Your results will be sent to the provider who ordered the test. You may view your own results by creating an account with Lab Corp.

If you don’t have a primary care provider or doctor

You can talk with our Community Health Worker who can help you find one. Contact our Community Health Worker by calling 636-528-6117

How much does it cost?

For all other labs, pricing is available upon request. Please call 636-528-6117
