Meeting Rooms
The Lincoln County Health Department has 2 available meeting rooms:
Conference Room – seats 30 people with tables
Community Room – seats 60 people with tables
Use of these rooms is limited to groups or organizations that are "Not-for-Profit" or "Non-Commercial" and provide services to the residents of Lincoln County, Missouri.
Please call (636) 528-6117 ext. 502 to check room availability and for application instructions. In order to use either of these meeting rooms, a responsible person must complete an application and adhere to the room use rules and regulations. APPLICATIONS MUST BE APPROVED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT.

If you do not want to complete a paper Request and Authorization to use meeting rooms form, you can complete this online form instead. Once form is submitted, you will hear back form the Lincoln County Health Department regarding the approval of your room request.
