Please complete the Temporary Food Permit Application form found on the Environmental Tab > Temporary Food Establishments before making payment. Once you have submitted the form and received confirmation from the Lincoln County Health Department, you may make payment.
PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE DATE OF YOUR EVENT. IF YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT SUBMITTED BEFORE 2 WEEKS OF YOUR EVENT, YOU WILL NEED TO SELECT QUANTITY 2 TO PAY THE $50 CHARGE.
