Upcoming School Vaccine Clinics

Attention parents!

Back to school season will be here before you know it, and we are here to help you prepare ahead of time. Lincoln County Health Department nurses will be traveling to all school districts in March to give any needed vaccines. This service will save you time; you won’t need to take off work or take your child out of school to get their vaccines!

This service is for all students (private insurance, Medicaid, underinsured, uninsured)!

March 6th: Troy Schools

March 13th: Elsberry Schools

March 18th: Winfield Schools

March 20th: Silex Schools

 

Who needs vaccines?

Students who are 11+ (or entering 8th grade) need:

  • Tdap

  • Meningococcal (MengACWY)

Students who are 16+ (or entering 11th grade) need:

  • Meningococcal (MengACWY)

Other vaccines available:

  • MMR

  • Chickenpox

  • Hepatitis A

  • HPV (cervical cancer prevention)

  • MengB

  • Flu

Parents should ask their school nurse for registration papers or call the health department to register at (636) 528-6117 and press 1.
