Summer is here and it is HOT.

People who are above age 65, have chronic health conditions, work outdoors, young children, participate in outdoor sports, and pets may be more at risk of heat-related illness. If you must be outside, please use the following tips:
· Limit outdoor activities
· Drink plenty of water
· Avoid alcohol
· Wear light clothing
· Wear sunscreen
· Work outdoors early or very late in the day
